This is the perfect gift for both yourself or a loved one. All paintings are handmade by me, Lauren Leykin. The price includes a frame. Since each piece is handmade to order, average wait time is 1-4 months.
When you click “Add to Cart” you will automatically be given a form to fill out where you can add additional information. You will also be requested to email or text me a photo of your pet. If I do not receive the picture of your pet within 7 days after purchase, your order will be cancelled. I will reach out via text or email once the order is placed so we can discuss a timeline and any additional questions. Thank you!

Q: How do I choose a good photo?
A: A good photo might have some of these attributes- Taken at eye level, lots of detail visible, well lit, shows personality of pet
Q: What if I want to submit more than one photo?
A: Go ahead and signify in the extra notes why you are submitting more than one (ex: “This one shows his coloration better”, “You choose the one you like most”, etc…)
Q: How long will the painting last?
A: It depends on where you keep it- I advise keeping it out of sunny locations as that can fade the paint. I try to use high quality pigments that are more resistant to fade, but light can possibly affect them over the years. Also, keep the painting out of humid locations or areas that fluctuate in temperature. If your painting has glass in front of it the condensation can be caught between the painting and the glass and cause bleeding or other issues. All that being said, I have been doing this for 3 years now and have yet to hear of any negative longterm issues.
Q: What if I want a refund?
A: Please reach out to me and we can get the processes started. The only time I would refuse a refund is when the painting is already started.
Q: Are returns available?
A: Due to the nature of custom commissions, returns are not available. If there was damage during the shipping process please let me know and I will take utmost care to make things right.
Q: What frame will it come in?
A: I spend a lot of time picking out the frame that goes best with your painting color and look wise. Sometimes it’s a simple black frame, and sometimes it’s a curvy green and gold one, or one of the many others I have to choose from. You are more than welcome to reframe your piece after you receive it.
